1. Shipping Information

1.1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

1.2. Delivery Options

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Free Local Delivery: on orders over a certain value (as advertised on our website)

Delivery times are estimates only. Voltage Vapes LTD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.

1.3. Age Verification

All orders are subject to age verification under UK law.

We may contact you to confirm your age before dispatching your order.

Failure to verify your age will result in order cancellation and a refund.

1.4. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us.
  • If still missing after 10 working days, contact us at voltagevapesbristol@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate with the courier.

We cannot consider a parcel lost until 10 working days after dispatch (as per Royal Mail guidelines).

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are unused and unopened.

To start a return, please email voltagevapesbristol@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.2. Items Eligible for Return

You may return:

  • Unused and unopened devices or accessories
  • Sealed e-liquids, coils, and tanks (if packaging is completely unopened)

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used e-liquids, coils, tanks, or drip tips, due to hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

2.3. Return Process

Once we approve your return request:

  1. You will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  2. Please ensure items are packaged securely.
  3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

2.4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent incorrect or defective items.

2.5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and details of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it (shipping fees will apply).
